Success Measures: Basic Expectations
The MTUAA realizes there are different needs for different groups of alumni and friends. The vision of the MTUAA is "To Possess an environment and spirit in the Michigan Tech Alumni Association that results in a significant number of alumni forming life-long relationships with the University and other alumni." That goal is achieved through MTUAA Networks and is reflected in the support given to all networks at the basic level. Incentives have been built into the network structure to encourage and reward those networks that strive to provide a higher level of service and support to alumni.
